399 Linkside Dr. is a private cottage nestled among the trees and winding roads of the resort with a view of the golf course. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool located across from the Linkside entrance. There is a 6-seater golf cart available for rent with this unit. Take your cart down the winding roads and enter the underground tunnel that takes you safely under HWY 98 to access the beach. Pull right up to the front door and start your stay!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a separate dining area. A screen porch off the dining area. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 42" flat screen TV/DVD player, and access to the back patio with a grill. A master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, a 32" flat screen TV, private bathroom, and glass slider doors that lead to the patio. A second bedroom with two twin size beds and a flat screen TV. A third bedroom with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Home was clean and well taken care of and in a very quiet neighborhood with great walking paths. The pool closest to this home is being replaced currently (3/30/24) and likely will be under construction for a while (many months at least), but the other pools within the community were great. Easy access to the beach via shuttle bus, car or golf cart.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We vacation in Destin every year and this has been the best experience. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool is heated and conveniently steps away from the house. The beach is a short drive across the road from the main entrance to the property. We had everything and anything we could possibly need during our stay.

Thanksgiving Break

Family of 5 visited during thanksgiving week. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen stocked well enough to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner. Golf cart definitely worth renting. Makes getting around so easy and fun!

Excellent place to stay near the beach

Our stay was better than we could have ever expected! The house was in a fantastic location and was well stocked. It was super clean, and was decorated in a cute beach cozy theme! We enjoyed the neighborhood and it's quietness. We highly recommendrenting the golf cart for the week, as that was definitely a highlight. We enjoyed cruising around touring the community, going to the beach, dining at close by restaurants, and using it to shop. We hesitated to rent it because of the additional cost but were so thankful that we did. The management company was super quick to respond to any questions that we had and checked up on us upon check in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We could not recommend this beach house or this company enough. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Destin! We were only a quick 5 or 6 minute golf cart drive away to the beach. There is a Publix grocery store, dining (we highly recommend Grimaldi's Pizza and Kilwin's), and shopping within golf cart driving distance. The only thing that would have made this beach house even more perfect, would have been an ice chest, beach sand toys, and boogie boards for the water. We had to go purchase these items and ended up leaving them because we didn't have use for them after the trip. That would have been a nice touch for guests. But other than that, everything was perfect!

GREAT STAY GREAT LOCATION PERFECT PRICE

Some buddies and I took a guys trip and we couldn't have picked a better location to stay. The house was amazing, the location was perfect, and so AFFORDABLE! You stay on a Golf Course, which is basically a Gated Community. You are within driving distance of everything you need to get to and do. If you have any questions or concerns, they always reached out to you very quickly! 10 out of 10 stars! Definitely renting again, and this will be our guys trips place to stay!

Absolutely loved this place!! If you rent, definitely pay the extra for the golf cart. My only complaint is the wifi stopped working for an entire day, and a few unfriendly guards. Other than that we enjoyed our time there

Great location

House was perfect for my family. Loved the resort and having the golf cart made traveling to the beach a breeze. Only suggestion for a even better stay is mattress toppers or something to help with the beds. The beds were very hard and the fan can’t be shut off in the room with 2 twin beds but we had a great stay. Would love to come back

The property and area are fantastic. House is very nice. Property manager is accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely stay again! Only recommendation would be another golf cart to rent. Our entire party couldn’t fit on just the 6 seater.

Great townhouse near everything. The only problem I was texted every day what time was I leaving it became so what bothersome. I arrived 10 minutes early the code wasn’t ready so as eager they want you out they don’t give you a 10 minute check in

This condo was just what we needed! It was big enough for our party of 7 and close to all the attractions in Sandestin! We loved the beach access and the Baytown wharf! The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again!
