First the key wasn’t activated Moved to another room Next room noisy fan and cool went in at 10pm Moved to new room Third room good . Ready for sleep all was well . At shower time saw a crusty dried up hand towel on shower bar . When my kid saw it she said there was some with make up in first room .the check in staff was great and friendly Outdoor patio and pool are excellent

Cons: Daughter stepped on a used contact lens on the floor of our room that stuck to her foot, so floors probably weren’t vacuumed. Breakfast starts later at 7am, which isn’t convenient if you have an early sports game at 8:00am and have to be at the field at 7. Breakfast, while free, have very limited options. Room walls are super thin and we could hear the person next door coughing/sneezing all night as well as slamming of doors. We had asked for a quieter room but they gave us the closest room to the elevator as well as a room facing the major road in front of the hotel, so requests seem to be ignored. Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Pros: free laundry but you have to bring your own detergent or pay $4 to purchase from the front desk. Free and abundant parking even on a busy sports weekend. Convenient and safe location.

Property was very beautifully maintained. The gym facilities were adequate. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of varieties from oatmeal to eggs and bacon. The hotel room was beautiful very well furnished very modern and stylish. I showed up very late but the staff was very happy to attend me and any concerns I had were quickly addressed.

I booked a suite when I arrived the front desk said they tried to call me to say they over booked and a suite wasn’t available and offered a room with two queens said it was identical to the suite, but had two beds instead of one. I checked in but the room was open and didn’t have its private room like the suite i usually get. It also had an odor of either pet or smoke from prior guests. I spoke the the GM the following morning and he said the only thing he can do is let me check out and refund me for the two days i didn’t stay

My family and I had recently gone through a mess with a water leak in our home and decided to stay at this hotel. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed it everyday ! The room and beds were nice and comfy, my boys went swimming almost everyday and the free breakfast every morning was a plus! We would definitely come back for a staycation :) thank you to all the staff for such good hospitality !
