The room was clean except the tub in the romance suite was so gross with lots of hair and a huge tub ring around it The front desk lady was very nice and helped us right away and we got it cleaned up

We arrived at 11:40 pm and unfortunately there was no clerk to check us in. In our booking we indicated that we would be artiving late due to our flight arrival. We called the number left on the front desk several times but reached no one. Someone came to the front desk at midnight after we initiated a chat with hotels.com. I felt for the clerk as she appeared to be the only staff member working so she was responsible everything. There was no one at the desk at check out either.

The staff closes breakfast at 9am and we werent aware. We got there at 9:10 and noticed the hot food.was gone. We saw some cereal and milk and were trying to just grab some cold cereal and milk for my 3 small children. They snatched the food, locked the milk, and walked off right in front of us. It felt very unfriendly that they didnt acknowledge us and hustled to get ot all locked down.
