I stayed in room 203 and every 10 seconds there was a noise coming from the bathroom, not in our bathroom but in the wall. I tried calling the front desk all night but didn’t get an answer.

They did let me check in 1 hour early with no charge. Nit very good promotion of city, no tourism literature. Breakfast was ho hum. No one around when there was things you needed. Front door did not close well.Lack of security feeling. House keeping was awesome

Comfortable but do not give credit card info
Room was comfortable and warm. No place to plug in vehicles, shower curtain was almost ready to fall off. Huge disappointed was I paid in full through hotels.com and the hotel sent me a pre check in and billed me an additional $144.43 and when I asked why they said I wasn’t billed I showed my credit card statement and they said they would refund me $102.00 ???? I asked for a receipt and the next day I received a receipt showing I was billed $0.00 and charged $0.00 with no other explanation. And no phone calls being answered now that I have checked out.

The room was comfortable & clean and the breakfast sufficient. Staff were friendly & helpful. It was great value for the money. The building is looking worn out but it appears some work is being done to improve that.

We had a good 2 night stay. It was clean, beds were comfy. It’s an older hotel, they are currently renovating some rooms. Pool is small, no hot tub. Glad it wasn’t busy so we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was typical, a couple hot items offered.

There were things about this property that were perfectly fine, but we were very frustrated by our room keys - constant problems. Also, not emptying our garbage cans, broken toilet, etc. When we asked about getting a discount, they said NO!!! Very poor customer service.

I was uncomfortable from the moment I drove up. It was evident the hotel was outdated and trying to make clean it up. The pool was out of order and the continental breakfast was not good. On the positive side the room and hotel was very clean and the staff was nice with one exception the lady working the morning shift and managing the breakfast smelled of body odor really bad. I assume she was very busy taking care of the front desk and the breakfast area but she obviously did not wear any deodorant. Glad it was only one night and I wasn’t spending any additional time around the hotel.
