The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Beyond the expected waffle machine, there were egg dishes, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals, milk, juices, tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. An assortment of pastries, muffins, bagels, toast, etc. Different options every day. Really wonderful. Super nice exercise room, pool and hot tub. Really nice staff. Had a great visit. Will return next time we're in town!

Double charged
I booked a stay for my wife, and I paid through Hotels.com. The hotel took my wife’s card for “incidentals” but proceeded to charge her for the whole night. They are unwilling to help, giving us the run around about talking to a manager that apparently only works once a month. We called Wyndham’s customer service and they said only the hotel can help us. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing, we probably won’t be using hotels.com or going to a Wyndham hotel again.

Good for a short stay.
Rooms were nice, could tell thet were in the middle of updates, but not in a messy way. There was a dumpster outside, orherwise I may not have even really noticed, but our room had a few paint scuffs or furniture scuffs from being moved I presumed. Overall room: Nothing fancy, basics-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Pillows were small and only 3 to a bed, bring your own pillows! The one time I skip out on bringing mine! Pool was nice. Hot tub was actually hot! Breakfast was kept well stocked in the AM with a small variety of both hot and cold options. Nice location for what we needed, an Aldi right next door and food rigbt across the street.

The front desk guy (I didn’t catch a name- he had glasses, a bald head, and a beard) was probably the friendliest, nicest hotel employee I’ve ever had check me in. When I’m back in the area I’ll definitely be staying here again. 5 star service!

Furniture was torn and out dated with stains coffee tables full of dents scratches cup rings carpets heavily stained and out dated The hotel is right next to an ALDIs semi trucks running all night and unloading very noisy Tubs were scratched and drain stopper didn’t work breakfast area needed help as well don’t go by the pictures from 1990 it’s not nice anymore in sever need of a big makeover

The room was shabby stained carpet & furniture the bath had black sealant around the top which needs replaced. Lamp shades stained. Poor choice of tea or coffee . Pillows are poor quality, the sheets are creased. The room did not have a clean feel at all.

Loved room size and bed was comfy, except for very strange tiny pillows. Generally room was very clean. In-room coffee was awful, and only enough for one small cup. Lobby coffee only marginally better. Price was fair. Staff was bad. Check in guy looked like he hadn’t seen a brush, razor, or shower in days/weeks. Morning staff (manager maybe) was wearing a thong beneath a pair of what I can only describe as “gauzy” and very “see-through” pants (I don’t need to see this, it was disgusting and crude to say the least). She was also wearing flip-flops, but was totally barefoot most of the time, while she was working to fix a beverage dispenser during breakfast (around 7:30am). Very loud and unpleasant, acting as if there were no actual customers in the breakfast area. Quite awkward.

Experience was good, wish there were a few changes in the bathroom and room though. Changes would include a towel rack near the shower, somewhere to place shampoo bottles in the shower as there was none, and then the light switches were all wrong. To clarify about the lighting, one switch would turn on a different light in a different room and then turning off the main light would turn off or not allow other lights to turn on. The location is perfect distance to most places we wanted to go to, including mall of America.

We enjoyed our three night stay while in the area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The hot breakfast items were tasty and the pool and hot tub was nice. There were plenty of dining and grocery shopping options very close to the property. We would stay again.
