The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Christopher the bartender is the best!! I love how close it is to Mall of America, which is why we traveled to Minnesota. I will definitely be coming back!

Property is pretty beat down. We stayed 5 days and had to call every day but one to get fresh towels or housekeeping. Restaurant is marginal and expensive for what you get. First and last time we will be staying at this property with so many other options near by.

We ended up getting a room with windows overlooking the atrium of the hotel. The good news is they have excellent black out curtains but I did wish I could get some natural sunlight to wake up to. The sound proofing was also pretty poor between rooms / the window to the atrium. Otherwise it was a good stay overall.
