Check in was a disaster. Lobby was packed with people either trying to check in or waiting for rooms. Lots of people waiting to get into rooms well after 3pm check in time. A lot of the staff did not seem to know how to check people in and that slowed things down further. They need a revamp on the check in process so it's much more efficient.

Beautiful hotel. Convenience to Mall of America was fabulous. Very classy vibe. Pool room hurt our eyes so much chlorine. Pool was very cold. Disappointed no hot tub. Our room was not stocked with coffee or creamer, had to go to desk for.

The layout of the room was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were a bit odd and uncomfortable, but overall - a great experience. We were there for business, so I wish we could have experienced more around the hotel, but what we saw was great
