The Birdhouse, a truly unique vacation rental in the theatre district of downtown Minneapolis. Theatre, sports or concerts, we are close to all. Prominent location on the corner of 10th Street and Hennepin Avenue in a recently renovated 105 year old former jewelry store. At 715 SF, comfortably sleep 4 with 2 Bedrooms (queen sized beds), 1 Bathroom, full kitchen, living room and that view. The Birdhouse is located on the second floor, there is no elevator. Paid Parking is available on street, there are a few lots across the street (one has 400 spaces and one has 85). Ramp parking is also available across the street, if you want to park indoors.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Target Center. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Location location location
This place is perfectly located for concerts and sporting events in downtown Minneapolis. Also, there are some amazing pubs within a short walk. Although the street noise can be a bit loud when you’re trying to sleep, it’s nothing some white noise can’t fix. A great choice!

Bright and Sunny Stay in MN
Stayed here for a week with work. Very convenient location. We (one single adult bedroom and one bedroom with a couple and a dog) loved the open lighting and ease of getting to and from places. We felt that the apartment was a little dusty, with simple amenities considering the cost of the stay. Overall, we enjoyed the space and our interactions with the host enough that we would consider staying again.

Convenient location
The location of the property was great and we could walk to anywhere downtown. Parking was convenient across the street. The unit was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the views and the hustle and bustle of the theatre district. It was however very loud, as we could hear absolutely everything going on outside. It was as if the windows were open, which made sleeping difficult. There is no washer/dryer in the apartment itself which wasn't really an issue because of the length of our stay. There may be access to laundry but it was not clear where that was if needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Birdhouse. .

Excellent property and location
We wanted a place in Minneapolis near the light rail, sporting events, concerts, and shopping and with more personality than high rise hotels. This property meets all those criteria. It comfortably slept my spouse and I and two children. The bedding was warm and comfortable and there was bedside lights for reading. The kitchen is large with table for 4, bathroom has a stand up shower with plenty of towels. The living room has large couch, two comfortable chairs and has amazing street views and natural light. All rooms get natural light and are decorated with personal touch. Kids also loved TV with access to Netflix (etc) and WiFi works well. Hosts were helpful and friendly. They left small packet that shows history of building and location.

Why do they require written reviews?
The property was fine. Clean, well stocked. There was a VRBO related problem with getting the check in info, and the manager/owner was extremely helpful and responsive to solve the problem. Location was great, noise level (which the owner can't control) was a bit of an issue. Overall, really solid for the price.

Perfect touches
The bird’s nest was great. Perfect location, walking distance to many attractions. Host put the perfect icing on the cake for our anniversary stay that was very thoughtful! I would gladly stay again!!

Ideal location!
Great location right downtown. Took us about 5 minutes to walk to a Twins game. Property is spacious with nice kitchen and living room area. Excellent communication from host and we very-much appreciated the crayons/coloring book left for our four-year-old. Overall great experience!
