Overcharged , poor desk service
Our room wasn’t ready at 3 pm and we had to wait. We brought our pet, stayed one night and paid for 2 rooms. We were charged a pet fee of $50 and it should have been only $25. The pet was only in one room and with us the whole time. Breakfast was only from 6-9 and the house keeper wouldn’t budge a minute to let you get breakfast after 9. The hotel was full and our family of 5 totally missed breakfast. It was the holiday weekend I would expect them to keep it open longer especially when it was so busy. We were there to sleep only.

I’m unsure why no one would clean or tidy my room. I stayed for 4 nights and never had someone replenish towels or vacuum or replace toilet paper or cups. Otherwise it’s a decent place
