Room was safe and clean. Parking lot needs updated. Lobby needs updated. The picture of the lobby does not accurately reflect the lobby. There is no complimentary coffee unless you get it at breakfast. Which brings me to breakfast. There wasn't one. It was slices of bread, apples, juice and coffee. Hardly any cereal, barely a muffin. I will not be staying at a La Quinta any time in the future based on this stay.

Horrible experience
Travel experience from getting picked up from the airport was horrible and sitting outside waiting for the shuttle for 45 mins then calling the front desk and getting put on hold 3 times then I called again and the front desk answered and said how can help and I told him Ive been on hold for 3 times and all I wanted to know was where was the shuttle and he told me you should of called when you landed which excuse me I did call and you put me on hold 3 times telling me that I had to call which I did. Time passes and still no shuttle and I have my mom and 3 kids waiting at night outside for the shuttle. I called again he said from the time I call it takes 15 mins. Then he hung up the phone. I finally got picked up and then checked in and he didnt explain anything on the stay and had me sign and take a payment thats it while the couple before us Got a whole explanation of the stay. I get to the room and the bed was sunked in the middle like it was broken I just didnt have time to say anything until the morning I talked to a lady she was very nice and heard my concern but still Doesnt make it right what happened the night I landed. I would not be staying there again and the room is very dated and needs to be remodeled.

If you can avoid it, AVOID IT!
The sheets, carpet, walls and curtains were dirty. We asked them to replace the towels and sheets which they did. The park is horrible and the parking lot is even worse!

Staffs are very friendly. Transportation between hotel and airport is very convenient. Room is clear but floors of hallway seem pretty dirty.

Decor, furniture, carpet worn but all extremely clean and place smelled nice. BEWARE if using the shuttle they charge $15 a night for parking if you are not staying. This should be included in descriptions. Parking lot horrible pot holes etc.

my room was clean and quiet. only concern the toilet was a little stubborn with flushing. nearby shopping for last minute items. the 2 young lady clerks were very helpful and kind. the parking lot NEEDS repair work. i would stay there again.
