The actual location is a bit different. Kinda of tricky to access if your driving your self. I'd pay the extra and valet your vehicle. breakfast end at 9am during the week FYI. Clean, mostly friendly.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a recent concert. Pros: The staff was friendly and answered all of the questions we had. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel is connected to the Skyway which made going to and from US Bank Stadium easier. The map for the Skyway was confusing but we figured it out. My family members enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. Our room and the hotel were clean. Cons: Our room had several things broken in it when we arrived. We were able to make do, but replacing those items would make stays more enjoyable for your customers. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock, the coffee maker was broken, the wardrobe door was broken so it wouldn't shut completely, and both beds appeared broken. Both bed foundations were broken, resulting in one side of each mattress sitting lower than the other side. On one bed, the foundation was completely broken causing the mattress to go through it. The one bed creaked with every movement my child made at night because of this.

There was awesome staff during the day. Overnight staff was a bit rigid and cold. Couldn't find luggage carts when needed and one elevator broke down for the weekend. Which caused long delays. Overall staff and room were pleasant and enjoyable. Would stay again.

I liked this hotel. It had a very nice breakfast bar. It would be nice if the breakfast was served earlier in the weekends. We had to leave for our race at 7. We had no time to eat. It would also be nice if they made little special packs of snack for people who come for racea. Other hotels do this. They also offer a snack bag after breakfast for the runners to take to the race and have after the race.

The property itself was great. My room was clean, the dining areas and lobby were also clean and good for sitting and reading. I didn’t like that parking adjacent to the hotel was $30, but that’s just something that I find comes with hotels in the middle of a busy city. There are other public parking options less than that about 2-4 blocks away
