This was a perfect spot for my concert experience. I was near the mall of American and could walk. Bus stop was in front of of my hotel if I wanted to use it . Room had all amenities. Breakfast provided was great!

Unexpected Parking Fee
Book a night here flight was late getting into the airport. Upon arrival when we checked in we where hit with a $15 buck parking fee no where is this noted on there site or policies information nor there are no signs on the property or tow signs. We were given a hand written sign as a parking permit. We went to breakfast which was nothing exciting went be to room and was locked out our room at 7:30am and checkout was at 12pm. We was on the second floor had to take a trip back down to the first floor. The property was ok many defects in the bathroom with construction when you close the bathroom door room 205

First time staying here, very nice place (helps that it's only a year old!) Great room options, great breakfast. Didn't use it, but cool to have a bar in the lobby as well. Wasn't aware there was a parking fee until check in, but wasn't a huge deal either.

I stayed here on 10/19 in which a pipe had burst just prior to my arrival. When I got there they didn't even ask my name and just put me in a room. I told them I needed something close due to my handicapped daughter. I then asked if they would like my name and a phone number. I was given no key as they had no internet access. When I got to the room that was given to me the manager working at the time (Hailey) and another lady were in the room making sure it was ready and they were cussing (f***) was dropped a lot because of the pipe situation. We were later notified that we would have no water/plumbing access and no tv/internet. We had no where else to go so we did stay there and the water did finally come on later that night. We went to dinner and when we came back there was someone parked in handicapped without a tag which was an issue since there were no other open ones and I needed my wheelchair for my daughter. I was told it was one of the plumbers and they needed to park close. This violates ADA regulations and laws. When I went to check out in the morning I gave the guy my name and what room I was in and he looked it up and said that was incorrect as that wasn't who was supposed to be in there. I told him that is where they put me. He had informed me that my room would be completely refunded due to the pipe issue. No refund until I called corporate then its magically being processed even though an hr prior it was going to days. No apology on ADA issue though.

Got a lovekycroom but tv did not work and took anither hour to get moved to comperable room. Room great so was sleeping. Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful. Did not realize parking an extra fee.

This property had a really good breakfast and was very new and clean and the staff was very polite. They were having some sort of a Wi-Fi issue and so they were not able to issue me a room key and their phone wasn’t working when I initially tried to call for my airport transportation so, there were several things that went wrong with this particular stay that I believe have been since resolved and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property was nice. Our room was clean but we had a bunch of lady bugs in the corner of our ceiling and wall. The hotel was quite except the airplanes but the hotel can’t control that. Very convenient for the shopping we wanted to do between the mall of america and the outlet mall.
