It was amazing! Great Location. Shuttle Service is wonderful, they take you to & from the Airport, Mall of America, Walmart and a few other places which is very convenient! Our driver Derek (CJ) was very informative. Breakfast was ok we don't eat pork. Complementary water at the front desk was a plus! I am definitely booking here again & will recommend to everyone.

Stated one night in beautiful suite. Missed flight, stayed one more night. 2nd interactions with different hotel employees with the exception of both shuttle drivers, was markedly diff from first. Too much to tell but no help was given to recheck in and had to go into third party to get the room we wanted.

I booked a room for a good night sleep before traveling. I decided against a property I knew would get a good night sleep because this one promised air port shuttle every 30 min. The shuttle was not available. It went every hour not 30 min. I didn’t get a minute of sleep because the walls are paper thin and you might as well be sleeping in the hallway. My wife left her AirPods behind and we see the location leaving the hotel and returning. So instead of an employee turning them into lost and found she is now the proud owner. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel.

Great employee
One of the best things about our stay was a black lady at the front desk. She was massively helpful when we needed to find places, helped us with ordering a pizza because door dash didn’t work, and she was just fun to talk to.
