Good hotel overall. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Found it to be not green. Paper plates and disposable cutlery for breakfast are for hotels with less than 1 star. Terrible for the environment and also unpleasant to eat with.

The hotel room, pool area, and breakfast room was very clean. Staff was awesome and super helpful. Charolette’s made check-in fast and easy. She checked in on us throughout our stay also.

Great sleep, breakfast, and location!
Breakfast was amazing! Great location, close to Mall of America. Be prepared for kids though, but we weren't disturbed. Beds were extra comfortable. Spent the first few nights on a long trip and haven't slept as good since.

This hotel was nice and the room was good sized. I very much liked that we were able to set the room temperature as we liked and were able to run the fan to create white noise to drown-out the noise from other rooms. The location was easy to get to from the airport and had good proximity to shopping and other destinations we had in Bloomington.
