I accidentally booked at the wrong hotel and the staff did an excellent job in straightening things out. With light rail across the street and a safe area I would recommend this place if going to sports or shopping.

Check in service was friendly and informative. Nice big rooms. Room was cold and blankets were thinner (Extra blankets needed if you use the pull-out couch.). Great breakfast (make sure to give yourselves time for omlet station)

We love the embassy suites! The parking was free and there was plenty of it, never had trouble finding a spot. We love the size of the rooms and the free breakfast in the morning is a huge perk! I was a little bummed when I realized there was no hot tub but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The rooms are slightly outdated but overall we had an excellent stay and we will be staying again!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, Friday through Monday. Bedding for the pullout sofa was not in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for bedding, I was informed that the hotel was full and they send bedding out to launder. “This happens when it is a busy weekend” 😳 I was given 2 sheets and told that we would get the blanket the following day I stopped at the front desk the following day to inquire if there was a water fountain; it’s on the 2nd floor Ice machines are only available on the 3rd and 7th floors We were on the 6th floor I had to take the elevator to the 3rd floor for ice, to the 2nd floor for water, then back to the 6th floor The elevators are terribly slow I also asked about the blanket The gentleman at the desk said he was sending a text message and it would be in the room When we returned hours later, housekeeping had been in our room, still no blanket The front desk staff were incredibly rude and dismissive The ice machine on the 3rd floor had ice overflowing onto the floor and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while There are minimal luggage carts There are signs saying outside food and drink are not allowed in the atrium, which doubles as the breakfast/bar area Breakfast is done by 9:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends, bar is only open in the evening We like to sit in the common areas of the hotel and enjoy a drink Not sure why we couldn’t have brought our own drinks and relaxed in the atrium
