Staff is great, rooms are spacious, great breakfast, walking distance from MOA. WiFi is really bad, and noise from the airport can be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Overall good hotel in that area for that price.

Our room was not very clean. The headboard had people’s names written/scratched into it. The hotel is attached to another hotel with two pools and two hot tubs in the center. Very strange. The best thing about it was the proximity to the mall of America, which was a quick skywalk away.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Great location. Could use some room up dates. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and bath tub was curved and slippery someone could fall pretty easily.

Short stay to spend a few hours at MOA while coming through town. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Easy walk across the street and through skyway to MOA. Decent breakfast, or take advantage of IHOP or TGIF right next door. Didn't use the pool, but big space with two pools and hot tub...I assume a kid friendly and an adult friendly side. Would stay again!

Nice Hotel, convenient location
The king suite was very nice. Quiet and comfortable. The separate room for the bedroom with a door Is a nice feature, as my wife had to stay up late to do remote work. If you have one or 2 relatively young children. The couch in the “office/living room” portion of the room has a hide-a-bed, however, it would not be supportive enough for a middle aged adult body at long enough for a person with a frame approaching 6 feet. Instead of having an in-the-wall air conditioning unit below the window in the bedroom, the suite had a central heating a/c unit that controls climate for both rooms in the suite. The bathroom layout was somewhat cramped, very compact for 2 people unless one is in the tub/shower. Our room did have some stains in the carpet where a previous guest had spilled some kind of liquid, but otherwise clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Pool area had 2 small pools and 2 hot tubs. Mall of America is only 1-2 blocks walk away. Having TGI Fridays attached to the hotel was nice, as we didn’t have to go very far for a nice meal after checking in.
