ripped us off for about $500 Too much on our bank card. The room was only 282.and ruined our entire trip by overcharging.Us that much no supervisors are here to work this out... Nobody here can fix our bank account. Now that they took that much, we might have to wait up to 7 days to get our money returned. Was planning a great Visit to still water today. But have no money thanks to them. Very pissed off.

It would’ve been an excellent stay but the people in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture and clunking sounds from 3am till 5:30am. So I’m not sure what all that was about, but it sure didn’t help our sleeping.
