Upon check-in, I was sent to the fourth floor, and when I opened the door for my room, I discovered dirty towels on the floor, the bed, disheveled, and unmade & trash all over. I went to notify the gal in the hallway who was vacuuming, but she didn’t seem concerned and sent me back down to the front desk with all of my stuff. The front desk attendant never apologized for the error just reassigned me a new room on the ground level That was far below quality standards and was next to a bunch of other occupied rooms with small children who were yelling screaming, and slamming doors the entire time. The rooms could also use an upgrade as the carpet is worn dingy ripped in the bathroom! Don’t even get me started. The fixtures are so discolored and dingy, and you can see dirt accumulated, even on the light switches. The standing lamp behind the sitting chair didn’t even turn on despite checking that it was plugged in and for lightbulbs. I guess there is a reason it was so inexpensive.
