I had a 6 day stay house keeping never came to my room even after I requested service. The elevator was from the 1920's the grounds were barely shoveled & salted. The worst low budget breakfast ever. The hotel itself wasn't bad just the lazy staff & poor house keeping practices.

All was great aside from the water taking a while to warm up, but most likely because of the use of hot water at the time of use. Lobby was not packed and food was fresh and area clean and clear. Staff greeted very well and attended all needs. They also have self service mini snacks and cold drinks selection that you can purchase yourself with self checkout. Gym was awesome and the pool clean all around.

COLD shower
NO hot water. Breakfast was good, overall property was fine. Very old building that they've put a fresh face on. Would have recommended it BUT the cold shower totally killed it for me!

I suspect this is under new ownership. Updates are in process. It wasn’t as clean or well maintained as I’d hoped. A little noisy with doors connecting 2 rooms. Nice big breakfast room. Great staff. Interesting dining in the area, with 3 African restaurants!

The GM is non responsive to emails and evidently does not care about the guests. The room was not ready for guests, garbage bag was left on bathroom counter. There was no hot water. There was a constantly blipping light in the room right in front of the bed that prevented from having a good night sleep.

Looking like it needs some TLC
Lobby & elevator need some updating. Elevator looks like it was painted recently & it looked very sloppy & unprofessional. Our room was nice but the tub was completely plugged, the door to the bathroom didn’t close & the light switch when you 1st walk into the room was broken. Breakfast was very marginal. Just honey & butter for your toast. Potatoes were frozen still & my English muffin was rock hard. Milk was also warm. Check in Staff were friendly. I would stay here again bc the price was really good but it’s a 3 star at best.
