Did not know that we would not be receiving room cleaning each day. Ran out of kleenex and toilet paper--had to take some from the maid's cart. Bedside light blew a fuse and Popped...had to have it repaired. Smoke alarm went off two times one afternoon while we were napping. Pool area was extremely cold.....we booked this hotel so our children could swim and adults could gather. Very chilling sitting in pool area. Staff was polite at checkin.

No key cards. Very inconvenient for us as we like to come and go often. No upgrades. Room wasnt what was pictured on the website. Overall it was a nice stay. Restaurants is overpriced. And the host lady is very loud and unprofessional. I like to eat in peace not having to listening to loud conversation between co workers.

Top-Notch Downtown Stay
I stay at this hotel every time I travel to downtown Minneapolis. Between the friendly staff, the great restaurant/bar, and the clean and comfortable rooms, I cannot recommend this place enough.
