The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The hotel took a crazy deposit for incidentals and didn't refund the entire amount. After calling twice to correct the issue, they admit there's an error but don't know how to fix it. Still not resolved so I've included my Credit Card company to help.

Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was kept full. Individual rooms were clean. TV/internet cable did not work properly for 2 days. It would turn off every 3-5 minutes, show a warning "weak or low signal, Check antenna cable connection" for 2-3 minutes, then turn back on. I informed management, they tried for a bit, but never got it working correctly. I did let them know that it still didn't work on second day too. Other lodgers said they had the same problem, so I couldn't change rooms. I was told that the rate would be adjusted or compensated. I was informed when I checked out that the Manager was unavailable until after 11:00 am. I was told only he was authorized to do that. I was unable to stay to speak with him, so it didn't happen. Also, Carpet was sticky, with dirty dark stains in common areas. A nasty bloody looking tissue was in the corner of the main stairs going up from lobby for two days. I would not stay again.

Was forced to give $100.00 deposit. The people that checked in before didn't have too. The people that stayed in the rooms around me argued, and slammed there doors day and night. The room was clean thats the only goo thing!!

This is an older hotel but still very clean and well kept. I stayed for two nights and had zero problems or incidents. Super easy location to get back onto the interstate and near lots of shopping/restaurants.

My room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was too simple, the waffle was good, but we were hoping for low carb options but there weren’t even hard boiled eggs, neither fresh fruits. No elevator in this building, if you have heavy luggages, you need to take this into consideration.
