Lovely hotel
It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time .

Expedia never ever again. I made this reservation for a meeting February. Then spent the next several months with my mother in decline and her death. I decided not to go to the meeting but forgot I’d made a reservation. Not one single reminder from Expedia u til I got a “how was your check-in experience” from Expedia. I couldn’t cancel as the 24 hour before check-in cancellation deadline had passed. Hotel is bound by Expedia rules and Expedia never even responded to my message to them. Don’t use Expedia ever. I can’t tell you about the hotel as I didn’t stay there.

エントランスロビーで行われていたウェルカムドリンク、ナイトラウンジのサービスが本当によかったです。浴衣での利用も許されていて、湯上がりに最高でした。またアメニティも素敵で、木のコームもパッケージを含めておしゃれでした。チェックアウト時に接客してくださった、恐らく日本人ではない女性…とても好感の持てる素敵な方でした。またこちらでお世話になりたいとおもいました。

Nice spacious rooms , location is very isolated so recommend to include breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Only the bathroom is a little small and old in design other than that just a nice perfect place for a family

朝食の待ち時間がなくなれば
今回は親子3世代の旅行で利用させて頂きました。以前利用した時は家族だけだったので、朝食開始の時間が早くスムーズに利用出来たのですが…親子3世代となると朝のスタートものんびり＆人数も多いため、朝食までの待ち時間が結構ありました。 待ち時間と言うのは、旅行には無駄な時間だなと感じているので…それを改善して頂けたら最高のホテルだと思います。

シャンプー使うと 娘15歳の髪が、ギシギシになった。 木の歯ブラシは奥まで磨きにくく 当たり痛い。 木のくしは、使いにくい ブラシがいい。 ドリンク飲み放題は良かったが、 1人1本の水は、部屋に置いて欲しい。 荷物が多く、部屋に持ってあがるのが大変。 結局、取り忘れた。 部屋は、広くて綺麗でした。

改装して綺麗になったグランメルキュール淡路島
８月10日、11日に泊まりました。改装後で、綺麗なお部屋でゆっくりできました。景色が、徳島への橋が綺麗に見えて絶景でした。お盆休みで、沢山の人が泊まっておりましたが、夕食は、アプリ予約で混乱も無く、スムーズに食事できました。 朝食も時間をずらすように指示があり、スムーズでした。プールもコンパクトながら、十分楽しめました。夕日は、残念ながら、反対側で少しだけ見えました。 朝食は、パンケーキ、エッグベネットなど、バラエティ豊かで、良かったです。ただ全部が温めていなく、硬い物もありました。 夕食は、値段が、高かったですが、、飲み物がフリーでした。お寿司が小さく、ローストビーフとしゃぶしゃぶのみ牛肉でした。唐揚げ、ハンバーガー、グラタンなど種類は、多かったです。 お値段高めですが、それなりのサービスが受けられたので、満足です。

部屋はきれいで広くて良かったです。ただ細かいところにほこりや汚れが残っているところがありました。スタッフの方も丁寧で親切でした。プールに入るところの案内が少し不親切だったかと思います。ビュッフェは良かったです。夏休みの繁忙期なので仕方がない面はありますがもう少し落ち着いて食事出来れば良かったと思いました。
