Tru in Brookfield, WI
I am leaving a review due to a horrid experience when we first got to the Tru property. The floors were clearly dirty and the mattress had what looked like bed bugs in the crevices in the mattress. I have photo evidence and would appreciate a refund due to the inconvenience. I have stayed at Tru by Hilton in Dallas on one other occasion and loved my stay during that time.

Funky and affordable
This is a funky and affordable place. The rooms are a little small, but the bathroom, tv, and bed were the right size. The social gathering areas and the workout center were very nice. Highly recommend for the price. Love Hilton hotels.

This property was close to where we were going. Loved the welcome gift! The room was nicely set up for handicapped accessible but the bed was a little too high. Very nice facility.

The halls needed to be vacuumed. Very dirty. The room was fine. When we checked out there were three ladies at the desk talking loudly and personally amongst themselves and didn't say a word to any guests dropping 9ff their cards. Didn't ask how they enjoyed their stay.

The hotel was noisy, the air conditioner was loud as well, however the bed and pillows were the biggest disappointment. Bed so extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft, even doubling up didn’t help. The carpet out side of the bedroom was full of crumbs, the room itself was clean.

We just got back from a 3 night stay at the Tru. I wouldn’t stay here again. We had a room with a king bed and it’s was extremely small. So small there isn’t a place to set out your luggage. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING in the adjacent rooms. It was not pleasant.
