Room wasn’t clean at all I need to pick up left overs inside drawers cabinets, the blinds are not working closed the perfect view from the living room. My expectations are super high on this suite it’s not a suite it’s not even a functioning room very very disappointing Customer Service sucks , people are eating on concierge front desk , mediocre staff it really blows my mind - it’s sad the room rate I paid not worth it not worth it 1 star service and non functioning room.

I thought the valet parking could be coordinated better. Maybe a few more bartenders. Rooms were wonderful, very comfortable bed. Food was excellent.
