It was very well located and had free parking nearby. This was great. The place was nice to look at but definitely had the feel of a model home. No dressers and even no hangers in the closet so we had to live out of bags. Had nice lamps but they either were missing their cords or their prongs- so mainly just for show. Coffee maker on counter doesn't work as the carafe isn't the original and doesn't come up high enough to dispense the coffee without help. Only provided a quarter roll of tp in each bathroom, so luckily there was a shop across the street. As to the building in general, it's been totally remodeled, but with all the uninsulated pipes exposed throughout- if someone upstairs flushes a toilet or takes a shower you hear it clear as a bell as the water rushes over your head. This is not the fault of the apartment owner but just a design flaw. Luckily it doesn't seem like many units were in use so it wasn't so bad.

Holiday stay at the Malt House
Amazing property/location! Surrounding neighborhood and ambiance is very cool. Not a very upscale property/bedding/furniture. However, a fine tradeoff for price and ambience. The parking access during winter is also a nice touch
