Being relatively new, desk clerk indicated still working on little things like TV channel guide and how to get channels on TV. Also, hot and cold water lines were reversed leading to wasting water waiting for hot water to arrive after moving handle to left.

The remote and TV didn’t work properly. There was not a continental breakfast. There was a room for it, but it was locked and empty. Very disappointing because that was a significant reason I chose to stay there. There maybe was a free very unimpressive coffee station. There seemed to be a different smell depending on where you were in the hotel (lobby, hallway, room). Conveniently located next to the airport. But so are 5 other places. It is super cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The room smelled like wet dog when the AC kicked on, the window (that had no screen in it) in our main floor room was wide open when we came back after leaving our stuff for a few hours - making us feel unsafe, there was no hand soap for the sink, the toilet paper roll was empty when we checked in, the bathroom door handle was broken, & the shower head broke off while we were using the shower halfway through our 2-day stay. We tried to just cancel our second night after this & they wouldn’t let us. Needless to stay, we won’t be utilizing a Super8 again & we’re very unhappy with our stay.
