Hot tub was broken was nothing listed on site when booking wasn’t even told at check in manager was rude and wouldn’t allow us to check out and be refunded even tho hotels.com was more than happy to make our request. Holes in the ceiling mold and wood boarded up the hot tub was an accident waiting to happy! So displeased and what a waste of money for our family. We tried to stay for one night and it was miserable so we left lost money and are so upset

It is now two weeks and they still have not removed the room security deposit. When I call they tell me that a manger needs to reverse it. Why does it have to be manually reversed? It should just drop off.

Comfortable Room but Service Definitely Needed
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. However, the entry light needed replacing and the clock radio did not work. Room service did not do the cleaning requested and we had to ask for towels and coffee packets. Service was provided when we asked specifically for these items to be addressed. The pool area was vey disappointing. The ool water was soapy and the hot tub did not work

I got to my room around midnight, room was very hot inside. I was exhausted so i adjusted the thermostat lower than what it was set at 60°. I thought the temp would adjust, woke at 5 am with the room still stifling 🔥 hot. Not happy! The hallway was about 15° cooler than my room.

Overall, the rooms were not well kept; the lamp shade was stained, curtains falling apart, and stains on the carpet. The common areas were no better. One of the people in my party had a reservation that was under her husband's name (same last name). She was told she was not allowed to check in and the front desk associate took no time to try and troubleshoot the issue. She forfeited her 150 dollar room. Upon seeing the condition of the other rooms we left and spent another $200 to go to the Marriott Springhill Suites next door which was very nice.
