Not Happy!!
I selected this hotel because I wanted an indoor hot tub/pool. When I arrived at about 4pm, I was told the hot tub was being fixed but the guy was almost done. About 30min later the out of service sign was down, than a few min later it was back up. I asked and was told the manager needed to come in and reset the alarms? Hours later I asked again and was told the manager still didn't come in. I guess it was too much for the manager to fix it. Also the room smelled like dirty socks.

I'm sorry but our stay was not very pleasant. First, it was LOUD. This was both from inconsiderate guests and what I assume to be cheap construction -- we could hear the occupant of the next room snoring. Secondly, the tv and channels were complicated and there was no in-room guide. Finally, we tried the breakfast and it was terrible. The staff was kind and the bed comfortable, but the surrounding experience was just not very good.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle drivers and front desk staff are very nice and totally accommodating. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Good coffee always available in the lobby and the breakfast buffet is nice.

I was first given a dirty room with the bed torn apart. I told the front desk and we were given a clean room. The curtains and chair had very noticeable stains (food?) This place has gone down hill since we stayed here last. I hope they can clean it up.

The stay was very good. There was no issues and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and quick. Definitely returning to this hotel. The only thing is that the bed sheets/blankets should be changed as they seem a little old and not so clean.

Stayed to catch eatly flight next morning. Traveling with 1 year old and chise as it said there were cribs available. When arrived were told they were none available. Made for a difficult night.
