Spacious, clean, friendly. 24 hour coffee in the lobby was nice. They offer “Inn Room” service which is delivery from local cafe/bistro. (The food odor some reviews allude to) We were expecting a chain hotel and were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. When I called to ask if I could check in at least one hour before normal check-in (3 PM), they said I can stop by and see if a room is available. Luckily, there was. The location and view of my room was excellent too. Check-out was easy.

Room was clean, bed was EXCELLENT, a little bare bones but ok. Shuttle was prompt. Thought I left a watch in my room because I could not find it. I overslept and hurried to pack and leave. I called from the airport and they immediately went to search the room and while in my flight home they sent a text the room was thoroughly searched and no Apple watch. I did find it when I got home wrapped up in clothes in my hurry to leave. Great customer service!

The room on first floor had a chemical cleaning smell to it. The bath tub faucet was about to fall off the wall whentried to turn shower on. Extremely noisy during the night. The room in second floor was really nice and had no issues.

Usually good, but noisy if in a room facing 6th st
I have stayed at this hotel before while catching flights at the airport. Always clean and comfortable. This time, however, I was given a room that faces 6th Street and it was noisy most of the night. There is a distribution center located across the street and there was on going truck noise...beeping from trucks backing up, loud bangong noises from dumping and unloading. Not an easy place to get some sleep.

I couldn’t stay there. It felt unsafe and grungy. The black desk chair was worn white. The cloth chair was stained in several places. The white doors on the way to my room were dirty from all the people who touched them. The elevator was very dirty, carpeting and walls. Couldn’t bring my cousin in who was staying with me. I ended up leaving, unable to stay.

Safe overnight stay in Milwaukee
Just an overnight stay before heading to Seattle. The charge to park and fly is $7 a night. The shuttle was quick and the drivers were friendly and helpful.
