There are alot of horrible stains on the hallway carpets. It seems clean but the hallways take it down! Was given a coupon for a free delivery and $10 off. Could not get it to work . Gave up! 😪😪

Great amenities- could use a little more work

Pluses- the amount of space and amenities were perfect for our family. Our room had almost a full kitchen, and the variety of options offered in complimentary breakfast buffet was a hit for our littles. Some minuses- the room could use some towel hooks or bars, chlorine from pool could be smelled in the lobby. Also seems they could use more staff.

The suite was very spacious, well fitted with kitchen supplies. Appreciated all the towels, window covering options, in shower wall mounted personal hygiene products.Breakfasts were wonderful with many choices. I came down to breakfast towards the end and they still replenished some food for me. My only complaint was not getting exact room floor request. I have never understood making a reservation and then the room is assigned with what is available when you arrive. We did get room type and placement of room which was good. My Hilton membership number was not on file. I thought it was still asked for at time of Expedia reservation but perhaps not. We added another night and staff was very accommodating. All rooms were pet friendly and they had a pet area with poop bags and disposal area. Be aware there is construction going on next door that stsrts Would definitely stay again.

The room was great for my needs! I brought my pet and she was quiet and comfortable. I had some neighbors that were a bit disruptive during the night which is my only complaint
