We loved the breakfast in the morning and the friendliness of the staff. We were able to walk to our venue and take in the sites around the property. The beds were very comfortable!

The room smelled terrible and the pull out sofa smelled like urine. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The breakfast was good. They did find another room for us which was better!

OK but not going back!
check-in was delayed by over an hour because they didn’t have enough staff to clean the rooms. We had to wait until 5:30 to get into our room and were late for our dinner reservations. The hallway was filthy with dropped cracker crumbs and food which was never cleaned up the entire time we stayed. The room was a bit shabby, the furniture is old, mixed up decor, very loud AC and there were unsavory red stains on the carpet. We stayed two nights and never saw anyone come and clean or make up our room. The pool was so murky and over chlorinated that it was a little bit scary.

Room was very big and clean! Could use a bit of updating in certain areas of the hotel but we were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was very good -real eggs! Not the usual powdered kind you find on "free breakfast buffets"

Stayed here during Summerfest. Location was great and easy walk to the third ward and Summerfest. The first room we were assigned the fan and air conditioning was not working so they moved us to another room. Happy with the location and service.
