Not as good as it used to be
Have stayed here before, but will probably not stay again. Check-in took about half an hour because they couldn't find the person in front of me a king room, which he reserved. Naturally, we didn't receive the king room we reserved either, but a double queen. Only one towel in the room and couldn't find someone to get a second towel, so we shared. The parking used to have in and out privledges, but it doesn't anymore. The lobby needed some tidying. It felt like the staff was trying to do their best, but we probably won't go back.

Our room had no heater and the TV was broken. We asked for a refund so we could move on, but did not get one because we booked through Expedia. We were promised 10,000 Hilton Honors points and have never gotten those. The management would not give us a new room. Our room had four bed pillows and half the stuffing was missing in three of them . The hotel was dirty, old, and needs updating. I will not stay here again.

Good location to many downtown elements of Milwaukee. But the property itself was underwhelming (two quick examples: 2 of 3 treadmills weren’t working and the door from the parking deck to the hotel malfunctioned at least twice during our stay). The room is basic and will meet your needs if you’re just looking for a place to crash for the night, but if you’re wanting to relax and enjoy the hotel experience, this might not be the hotel for you.

The staff were not very friendly, we had no cleaning service at all and we were there 4 days. Parking was awful and you had to pay for it every time you left. Our trip was great but we will never stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in this room made a lot of noise when it started and when it shut off, like 30 seconds of sleep wakening noise every 15 minutes, so it was very hard to stay asleep.

Worst stay at a Hampton inn that i have experienced. The staff checked us into an occupied room. We went into the room, not knowing it was occupied, and experienced a life altering scene. I then had to go to the front deak , maintain composure and get an unoccupied room.

We enjoyed our stay with the exception our room wasn't cleaned and were not informed we had to request it. However we did request fresh towels and soap which we did not receive until we made a second request.
