Not a great experience. Bed bug infestation in the room I was in at first. And not just one random bug. Tore apart the bedding over the bed frame and there were dozens of them. Adults and nymphs. And signs they had been there a while. Second room on a different floor (which I inspected like a crazy person) was fine. Staff were apologetic but there was no offer of remuneration. Also, parking was a pain with a busy restaurant at each end of the hotel.

Hello, the hotel is nice. The customer service is okay. It was a little loud in the hallways. The housekeeper needs to learn that their guesses there to rest and to respect that. I think when it's time for them to clean. They just running up-and-down the hallway. And if they're cleaning up above you, you just hear all the banging noise, so start to respect your guests. Cause that's why they're staying there to get some rest.
