- A per-night charge applies for additional guests due to extra wear and tear and cleaning.
- Pets are allowed but should not be left unattended.
- Please turn off lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before you leave.
- Inform the host immediately if the property is damaged or requires special cleaning.
- You’re welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. While we don’t provide charcoal or gas, you’re free to use any that previous guests may have left. Ensure the grill is monitored at all times during use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it.
