Lobby and Conference area have clearly been renovated, updated clean look. However, the rooms are dated, dirty, and in need of updating. Our room phone rang constantly for other rooms. After talking to guest services, it continued until we unplugged the phone. House keeping came through while we were out, moved some of our stuff and unplugged a charger. We requested they leave our room alone until we left.

We were only spent one night, but the hotel itself was very clean and well lit. Not much in the way of disability parking. The room was clean and neat. However the hotel is rather dated in appearance, and the beds were not comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Definitely not what we expected as a Best Western. Standard has dropped. Even the pillows shrunk. Property dark and dirty. Hot tub as we walked by was cloudy with a film of god knows what. Disappointed. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport.

Best Western, reliable 95% of the time
Like any other older hotel, it needs some fixing from normal wear and tear but like the title says, Best Western has only let me down once (not this location). Is this hotel the best? Not at all. Is it the worst? Not even close. Would I stay here again? Without question, yes. The staff is friendly, the building is kept clean, the free breakfast is above par, the location, in my opinion, is perfect, and their prices are easy on the wallet.

Went to breakfast in the morning and there was none. Dont know if it was because it was a Saturday but when a hotel states breakfast included, breakfast should be included. Halls had bad smell, room was average. Hotel is in pretty poor condition. Disappointing stay.
