Customer service was great and the building and main level is unique but the bedrooms didn't feel clean. We came for a concert and did appreciate that the hotel was walking distance.

The check in process was smooth and the desk clerk was very cordial. Beds were comfy with nice linens. The only thing that gave me pause was their sign that had many letters burned out. There are several sign shops in the Milwaukee area that repair neon signs. I was just a bit worrisome to imagine what other thing which are not as visible they might be cutting corners on.

I liked the art deco decor. We ate and had drinks at the bar. Went to the cafe in the morning for coffee and breakfast. Food was good both meals. We stayed after seeing a concert at Rave Eagles Club across the street. Very convenient.
