Everything was lovely only slight issue and its me being very picky tv needs re tuning staff lovely room comfortable and clean good price highly recommend to anyone be it work or family stay
Staff were first class. Room was tidy and well cleaned. View was beautiful.
Water pressure was a trickle so showering was a nightmare and a bath impossible.
Excellent value, beautiful comfy bed too. Next to a beautiful lake for when weather is good

Had no hot water so they moved me to another room, in the next room the carpet was old and stained and needed replacing, the room was quite dirty especially the skirting boards and it needs decorating.

Price was good but the hotel itself was a bit tired. The TV was bolted to the desk on an awkward angle for viewing any way other than lying in bed. The toilet roll was a pull single sheet dispenser as you'd find in a public rest room. The doors were loud and clunky. The tops of the rooms were a bit dusty. The staff were lovely though, very friendly and helpful. A shame I had to pay for parking considering how ample it was, but the hotel does offer some discount.
A lovely stay a good, comfortable bed , nice warm room . A room with a lake view and balcony. We will return in summer if not before and really enjoy the lake and surroundings in the sunshine. Thank you
The view was fantastic, and not far away for city centre. However, the bathing experience is not that great. A better water system (more pressure) is needed.
Rubbish under bed and under radiator. Desk was very dusty. Toothpaste still in the sink in the bathroom and only 1 big and 1 small towel when there were two
Of us staying. Coffee marks on bedside unit. Single bed had rubbish underneath too.Booked a room that I presumed was looking out over the lake and ended up looking over a load of fencing with work being carried out early.
No one there after checkiing inn to complain about our room and ask for more towels.
A ripped white curtain only one towel even thought I stated that there was two guest and the one large towel had a hole in it overall terrible. When checking out there was a sign to ring for reception witch I did it was the phone at reception with no one there so had to leave key on side and take a picture of proof that I’ve left it
Terrible place to stay
We had a good 2 nighys stay in this Ex Premier Inn.
Very comfortable bed. Unfortunately everything elsei is the same as when Premier Inn sold it, & in need of a good update but we would consider staying again in the future.
Stayed one night after a holiday to break the journey home from airport. The room was basic but the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a bath as well as shower in the room. The outstanding part of the stay was the amazing customer service. The manager stayed up late waiting for us to arrive. He arranged for us to ring from the airport so he could be at reception waiting for us. He and his colleague (in the morning) were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Water pressure in room non existent staff excellent BUT why do you have to pay £9 for car parking - it’s not obvious when you book but it’s not their car park - ridiculous rip off on car park charge be wary
Clean rooms. Unfortunately was unable to get any sleep, as there is a really bright fire light in the room which can’t be switched off. Complained to the manager and was told that this is the same in all rooms and can’t be turned off. Otherwise would have given a good rating
