The ruins of Kilronan Abbey are close by, as are the spa facilities at Kilronan Castle. The area is packed with loughs big and small, offering angling, water sports, riding, and of course plenty of lovely walks. There are many small towns and villages within easy reach of Keadue, such as Carrick-on-Shannon, Drumshanbo or even lively Sligo Town.
