Fast easy check in. That was the only time I went to the front desk. My room was very comfortable and clean. I love the white, white bedding. I had plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Loved the smell of the Dove products in the bathroom & shower. It was a great experience, not being in a hurry and just enjoying the quiet time.

It was very clean, great breakfast, friendly check-in. The only drawback was that the TV in our room was quite small for the space -- but in the big picture of everything, that's not a big deal. Nice hotel - I'd return!

Joe and Casey were my contacts at front desk, both friendly and helpful. Two ladies running breakfast were friendly and hard works. Room cleaners did a good job.

A nice hotel, but the almost constant noise from the adjacent interstate highway prevented a good nights sleep. If staying here, be sure to ask for a room on the other side of the building, and you will enjoy your stay much more.

Shower scum covered shower. Shampoo in conditioner bottle. No conditioner in shampoo bottle. Everyone makes mistakes, but when I brought it up to front staff so it could be fixed, she was rude. Staff in food area a little off - chasing down patron to tell them they left their plate on a table for continental breakfast. Quick check in. Staff here look annoyed at all times.
