Though the beds were clean, the bathroom had used towels (that were still wet) and the sink hadn’t been cleaned. There also was old food in the refrigerator. Staff was nice, but overall not that great of a stay.

The halls and lobby of the building were dingy and, more importantly, very musty and smelled like mould. The room was not mouldy, but had the loudest A/C unit ever, making it hard to sleep. The bed was also very soft and hard to sleep in. The staff were nice and the breakfast was fine.

Make a better choice
The walls and ceiling are paper thin. I thought the people above me were going to drop through at any minute! Lots of creaking. Could hear when they turned on water or flushed the toilet. People were running up and down the stairs as well as up and down the hall. Minimal grass area for pets to go potty!

Hotel itself was alright. Decent breakfast. Staff was friendly, check in/out was easy. Hotel room itself was another story. Had a funky odor and carpet was not vacuumed. I started looking around to find the smell and found a moldy mini pepper and what was possibly a moldy onion ring under the bathroom sink. Also found a washcloth behind the tv and an ice cream wrapper. I reported it in the morning when we left. The man at the desk apologized and said he would inform house keeping.

Property had a dirty appearance when pulling up with overflowing garbage. Room was just ok but not one I would book again. Two months to the date after the stay my card was charged after paying for the transaction with cash at checkout. The manager said he would fix it but so far it has not been taken care of.

The building smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though there were signs of no smoking and a contract that there would be a $250 fine for smoking in the room. Hotel interior definitely needs some upgrading, but hostess was very friendly and accommodating.

Checked into a room that absolutely stunk of mold and mildew. First floor rooms are below ground so upper portion of window offers view of the parking lot. Bed was comfortable and sheets appeared to be clean. It we all woke up with sore throats likely from the in wall AC from 1970. Absolutely would not stay here. Spend the few extra bucks and stay somewhere else in town.

Super 8 is not luxurious but it does make you feel right at home. The local staff were incredibly friendly and even put out a very decent breakfast with biscuits and gravy, among other choices. The room was beautiful and made you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable night off in Miles City.
