Due to environmental sensitivities of some of our recurring guests, smoking is not allowed inside the property. Animals of any kind are not permitted due to visitors who have allergies or sensitivities to pets.
If you have a work crew coming to town or a large family, please note that we have multiple furnished units within a 1-3 block radius. We would be happy to accommodate your large group!
You have access to the entire unit, front yard, and may use the BBQ located just outside the back door.
The neighborhood is very quiet and all tenants in the building are very respectful. This property is located in a well-established area with a great reputation for quiet, comfortable, safe living.
We offer on-street parking at no-charge. A covered carport may be available with a prior arrangement from owner (each stall is assigned and must be assigned properly to you). Miles City does have a taxi service and Uber from time to time if needed. This property is within walking distance of uptown and downtown for your ease of accessibility to local destinations/attractions.
