Ashlee Nagelstein was SO HELPFUL and AMAZING! We arrived early for a wedding and had to get ready and she went out of her way to get the room ready for the wedding was at 3. Lucky to have an employee whom goes out of her way for your valued travelers!!

Our fridge in the room was off. There was a piece of fried chicken in our room microwave. Loss of power. While they can't control that, there were no generators. I sleep with a cpap machine to breathe which stopped working. Even the Exit signs were not lit up.
