I understand when you pay minimal for a room you get the basics but there were areas in the room that had wall staining of some sort of food or something else. No plates in the room. The cold water shower tap I nearly had to get a wrench out to turn it on. At first I thought it was broken so took an extremely hot shower that burned. Seeing as the owners can afford multiple thermomixes (as he said upon my arrival) maybe they can also afford upgrades and cleanliness to their rooms.

Nice place to stay but unfortunately the people next door argued til 5am this morning . Other than that everything was great and clean in the room. Will be staying again in the future

Friendly owner or staff member. Clean as you could smell the bleach and close to shops. Worst point is a visual one cupboards a little run down looking but still acceptable especially for tariff.

everything was OLD. Room was nothing like what I saw on WOTIF. Carpet was brown and stained with a tinge of the original blue. Curtain broken. Bath unbelievably stained. In desperate need of an upgrade. Would never stat here again

Car parking was a little tight and we had my mum who has a disability who struggled a bit with the tight park. We had noisy neighbours who were talking til late outside our doors and then an early riser who ran the car for a bit in front of our room. Overall a great place not a lot can be changed for our stay we still enjoyed our room and overnight stop in mildura
