The building was completely covered with a white netting material that made it look like it was under construction. I was told there was no construction happening to the building and that the netting was for safety purposes. Not sure what that means. Also, the power went out for 3 to 4 hours and no one could get into their rooms. It appears the hotel did not have an emergency generator.

Good for one night stopover
Hotel is really close to the Milano Centrale, which you could see in daytime. However, it is between two streets and it was not easy to find it at night with Google jumping between two streets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff at reception is polite, but not very friendly. At breakfast, it was a large choice, but all hot dishes were barely warm.
