The staff was nice, for the most part the room was clean. But, the gave me a handicap room. This made it difficult to use the restroom and shower. The television would not work and was told they can't help me, also the internet would not work either. If you asked a question there was not a dialogue, just a quick answer and they moved on, even quickly walking away.

Do not stay here!!! We booked this room because of the closeness of the train. This is in a very unsafe neighborhood. The bed was indented from where others had laid. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It was very strange for $400. We ended up leaving after one night because of the condition of the room and safety concerns. No refund for the 2nd night.

One night stay.
Conveniently located by the central station, it was great for a jet lagged sleep. Having a ground floor room, the street noise was audible and might have disrupted a lighter sleeper. The room and hotel is clean and well maintained. Finally the staff were smiling, helpful and attentive !

I was located at the ground floor and clearly heard all the noise from the reception and outside the window. Whereby almost whole night the noise from outside disturbed my sleep and very annoying as the people outside were drinking and quarrelling. Very low sound proof. The toilet is a nightmare after someone taken the shower, as the whole toilet floor was basically wet and flooded. Both the floor for shower area and toilet are basically same height. Even with the shower curtain, but the water still splashed out. In the room, very limited walking space. And, not to mention with the baggage around.

The air conditioning is limited to a minimum of 22.5 degrees. This is a hotel policy confirmed by staff when I called to ask if they could come fix our AC. Looking for respite from the swelting Milan heat, we looked forward to a cool room for a decent night of sleep. No such luck. Far too expensive for such shoddy treatment. Avoid.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Checking in was very easy, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the main train station which is super convenient. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a nice hotel and not break the bank.
