The room was clean, but this is not a hotel - it’s a small number of rooms in an office building. That means that security is very lax - anyone in the building can get to the rooms. There is no staff on-site most of the time and when they are, their office is in another building nearby. The other issue is that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough. It wasn’t particularly hot when we stayed there but the system ran constantly and didn’t cool the room down enough.

Perfect for our needs.
Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for quick trip to Milan, Really close to metro station for travel from and to airport. Next to supermarket and a few mins walk to the main area in Milan. Great hotel. Highly recommend.

The location is great! Less than 10 minute walk to the Duomo and it’s close to other sites of interest. There’s a beautiful church next door too! The staff are really nice and helpful! They were happy to accommodate an early check in as well. BUT this is more like an air bnb than a hotel. It’s in an apartment building spread across a couple floors. The key you’re provided with only opens the side door of the apartment building, which is a little odd. The room isn’t very big, even as a junior suite. The room also didn’t match the photos on here. The room wasn’t soundproof either. But the room and bathroom were modern and clean. The toiletries were super basic and disappointingly no body lotion or conditioner provided, even in a junior suite. Bathrobes advertised but not provided.

The location was good, room quirky and staff very attentive. However there was a big construction project taking place opposite our window which meant it was very loud. Parents who had a night away from the kids and were hoping for a lie in… we were very disappointed when the work started at 7am, so loud it felt like the room was shacking at some points.

Beautiful apartment
Looks like an okd office block, with a few apartments on the ground floor. Absolutely beautiful decorated, perfect for a little city stay either solo or as a couple. Reception times are limted but the staff were so friendly. Toiletries, water and coffee complimentary. Only downside for me were the curtains. Only had sheer curtains and a security light was on outside my window all night. Location wise was perfect. I walked to the canals and to the duomo easily. Many public transport links nearby. Didnt bother me, but bells from the nearby do go off regularly, including 7am. This is a common thing around Italy, so if you're wanting a lie in wear ear plugs

Unfortunate stay at a place with great potential
The room was very pretty and newly renovated, but the walls were paper thin and caused us to be awake until 2:30am due to noisy neighbors. The air conditioner also dripped water for hours after being shut off, which made a very annoying noise. Because of the set up of the hotel there isn't 24/7 front desk service so we couldn't call to complain without waking up the person who showed us to our room originally. He was very nice upon arrival and was very helpful, which makes me hesitant to leave a bad review, but the ultimate purpose of the room is to be able to sleep and that was the one thing we weren't able to do. The location is very close to metro and major sites which is great, it is just very unfortunate that in the process of building the rooms they clearly didn't invest in sound proofing the rooms.

it was the first experience in hotel rooms, and it was satisfy. the reception team specialty Mr. Yusil was very friendly and helped me to find some good restaurants. I strongly recommend for travelers to try this hotel. location was very close to main landmarks in Milan.
