Great visit again to Sempione Hotel, only downside was told kitchen closing 930-10pm, people still arriving at 1030pm, had eaten elsewhere as didn't want to risk no dinner. I'll know for next time, will be back. Many thanx.

Ok for one night stay but not longer
Single room with twin bed, one night stay: Bed - could feel the springs. Room - small but fine for a one night stay Room, sheets, towels were clean Bathroom - shower was very small. I'm a small petite person (5'3") and it was barely big enough for me. I hit my elbow on the handle and the wall a few times. The water also spilled into the main bathroom area, leaving the floors wet. Check in/check out was very easy Airport pickup was easy but took about 25-30 minutes from time of call. Breakfast - I went at 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10a), almost all the food was gone. Seems like there were pastries, doughnuts, toast, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal, cheese and meats. Train station isn't too far but there are no sidewalks. Noise - I could hear the cars driving by throughout the night Overall, fine for a one night stay but likely wouldn't stay any longer due to comfort.

This Property is in need of up keep. Our bathroom door handle did not have screws and so it was always coming apart. Door to the room would not shut tight so corridor noise and light was seeping in during the night, especially in the morning when people were waking with their luggage. Excellent place to stay if flying out of malpensa
An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff was very friendly. I arrived a bit late and left early and the airport transport was very easy. Highly recommend.

Free shuttle service was fantastic and very reliable. Lovely and accommodating staff. Only thing was the tiny shower not too appealing and no lift which was hard to carry luggage upstairs. I realise I am fussy about things (more than the average person) so some of these things might not be an issue for others. I am allergic to dust and I felt the beds / the room were triggering my allergies a bit. Also the sheets were a little stained here in one spot (I guess they were clean but still stained). The place was pretty Clean only a little run down.

Very basic hotel. My daughter even referred to the rooms as The Barracks. The beds are just odd....very much dormitory style. The bathroom shows a ton of unattended deterioration, shower doesn't drain. The AC does not work. Lots of dust bunnies, and a spider sharing our space (which unnerved my daughter so she couldn't sleep).

I recently stayed at this hotel near Milan Malpensa Airport, and overall, it was an average experience. The location is convenient if you need easy access to the airport, but it's quite far from the city centre, which made it challenging to explore Milan without a long commute. The room was clean and functional, though nothing special in terms of décor or amenities. It served its purpose for a short stay, but the atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Service was fine. The staff handled check-in and check-out efficiently, staff were helpful in recommending things to do in Milan. Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you need to be close to Malpensa Airport for an early flight, but it’s not ideal if you want to spend time in Milan’s city centre or are looking for a more comfortable, welcoming stay.
