Our first time in Milan and this hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the metro, shops, dining and best of all the Duomo. Staff was very friendly and room is spacious. We booked the room with the sauna and glad we did. Was relaxing after a long day of walking.

The location was walking distance to the Duomo and also to the Via Spiga shopping area. Close to the Santa Babila church and Metro. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had a lot of space and a lovely balcony.

The Montenapoleone was in a great area near enough to The Duomo and shopping ton easily walk in 10 to 15 mins but not so close that you feel trapped in the tourist congestion. The staff wad friendy and spoke English well and the suite was huge and well appointed. Truly the largest accomdation I've experienced in Europe. The only hiccup was a day long wifi outtage, which was an inconvenience but when in Milan i would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and i really loved the concept or it. The rooms were roomy and the overall facility was clean and nicelydecorated. Staff was attentive and always willing to answer questions. I would stay again.
