The check in instructions and the Milan apartments team were very good. However the apartment that we stayed in at Via Benedetto Marchello 93 did not match the photos and was very dated. But it was clean. The apartment was in the back corner of a a larger apartment block in an area that was not very appealing. If you are arriving at night I would not stay at this particular apartment because you will find it difficult to locate the unit and the key box in the dark and it will not feel safe

It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!

Great location !
Very conveniently located, just steps from central station in a safe area. The property was decent but a little dusty. Also, couldn’t understand why the AC was BEHIND the curtain ?! Rather frustrating overnight when it was post 30 degree temperatures ! The communication and host was great however.

very close to metro station and there is a small supermarket nearby. maybe a proper instruction on how to use the coffee machine. love the toiletries. the only thing there is no extra toilet paper. upon check in the floor has pool of water from the washing machine. They got it fixed immediately. The guy who fixed the washer has rubber shoes walking around the apartment.

The property is so excellent and comfortable. All you need is in the property. We booked the quadruple room. Danni the property admin was very kind and responded to all our questions with tips on where to eat and shop. Highly recommended if u need a stay within Milano Central Station. Do not forget to ask how to use the elevator for convenience.

Very clean and supportive a lot by WhatsApp messenger. I felt like a my room in Milano and next an Italian restaurant was also good. Convenient to take a metro near the apartment.

Apt. Was very close to Loreto station, however we didnt like the neighborhood. I felt a little unsafe walking around in tje evening. Also, tje hallway bathroom/shower was very small. Coulnd open the washer door all the way and couldnt open the bathroom door all the way. The aptm was average but the customer service was excellent. We had plumbing and a/c problems and they were all fixed the same day. Why it wasnt fixed before we got there is questionable. Also we jad housekeeping offered twice during our 6 night stay which was nice.

Loved this place. The unit was beautiful, the owners communicated so well and checked in with us daily. There’s a metro station right outside. Tons of good food around. Parks for your kids to play at, a shopping plaza close by. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Clean spacious apartment. gets noisy sometimes at night. They don't change the beddings if you stay for more days which is a shame, however agreed to do it for us when we requested.

The check-in process is easy with a live person and the apartment setting is nice. However, 2 of the 3 air condition units did not work during our stay. With only one set of keys being provided, it require coordination for re-entry if there are different activities among the guests. This unit allows up to 6 persons. apartment is nice
