All Staff members at Lancaster were friendly, welcoming and supportive the entire time we stayed. We enjoyed a beautiful, delicious breakfast each morning. The Hotel is quiet at night which we appreciated and conveniently located within walking distance of many of the sites. Thank you!!

The hotel is a little in need of some renovations but I would stay here again. It has everything you need and the staff are fabulous. Dining options are a short walk away and there are a lot of great choices. Lots of green spaces and walking into the centre of town is about 30 minutes.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Although the shower has odd glass doors that leak at the bottom of the basin, we have no complaints. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast as well.

The staff here was wonderful and very helpful and our room was clean and quiet. There is a lovely street with many dining options a few blocks away near the Arch. We walked to the Sforza museum and the Brera district. Would definitely recommend.

I flew into Malpensa and then was flying out of Linate the next morning. This was a good location within a half hour of both airports. I needed a room for 3 and this was very comfortable with a 3rd bed that was not a sofa bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was charming, and breakfast was included. We would definetely recommend this hotel.

Clean room, nice bathroom, considering Italy standard. Hard to get around, with limited transportation option. Staffs are great, and they did everything to make out stay comfortable. Restaurant has limited breakfast option, which is critical for vacationing in Italy, where your need t fuel up to walk a lot :-)

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very impressed. It’s in a quality location with many fine restaurants and attractions nearby. It’s also a reasonably easy walk to the city centre. The staff were fantastic and looked after us. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Booked this as a last minute whilst i was already in Milan. Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. I was told off for not informing the hotel that i was vegan and then i had vegan croissants made specially for me and they were really good. I definitely would recommend and would book again should i visit Milan again

What a treasure! This is a lovely well-run hotel!! While the room was a bit small, the bath was very large and updated. Our small terrace allowed us to catch the refreshing morning air. The staff is highly efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this property for its location and for an all-around wonderful experience.
