The neighborhood that this unit is in is great, convenient with lots of things to do, but the unit itself has a lot of issues.
The bathrooms weren't great. Both bathrooms were terrible to shower in, either because the floor just splashes water everywhere or the tub's glass partition is almost entirely useless.
The power in the unit also constantly tripped just trying to cook, wash clothes, and dry hair. You'll be directed to go into the basement to reset the breaker.
Early October, the unit does also get fairly cold without any heaters available, it also made drying clothes fairly difficult.
We had terrible experience since we arrived. The check in office is 10 minutes away in Uber so it is an extra cost to staying at the property. Then when you arrive you have to call a toll free number every time to enter the building. The AC unit is barely functioning in the summer. You also have to empty the water tank for the AC unit. There are 3 rooms and only 2 AC units. Only 2 out of 3 rooms get any air and it is still stifling hot. The rest of the apartment is like a sauna during the summer, including bedroom #3, the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. It is unbearable to a point where we couldn’t stay for 2 nights. We are still fighting to get a refund. When we first arrived the AC was off and had tripped the electrical panel. Instead of sending someone to help they called to help us troubleshoot this problem. They did not offer standing fans (which other properties we stayed at have offered.) This apartment building needs new AC units that are large enough and plenty enough to cool the entire apartment.
Property is close to Asian food restaurant and market. Additionally, its close proximity to some attractions, shops, and public transportation makes it desirable for tourists.
However, no one was there to meet us for check in and information for checkin was sent via email after calling them about it. When we got to the unit, we were greeted by a very warm/hot/humid apartment. The couch was missing a cover and revealed the foam cushion. These issues were brought to their attention but were not resolved at all. According to them, the AC worked but it barely cooled the apartment. I asked for a fan but they just said “we’re going to see what we could do,” The couch was left uncovered during our entire stay and I just put a towel over it so we could sit on it. The entire apartment appears to be falling apart and the management did have any effort to make it look presentable to the guests (decor were random and done in poor taste).
Communication was good but acting in the issues presented was really poor. The place has potential but needs good management.
El único detalle es que no especifican que el acceso es haciendo una llamada telefónica para la cual necesitas un número local y si solo llevan plan de datos para el extranjero no puedes entrar. Nosotros tuvimos que pedir a alguien de nuestro país que marcaran desde ahí para poder entrar y salir.

Pas dingue mais bien placé !
Ce n’est pas l’appart Hôtel de l’année.
Pratique pour une réservation de dernière minute. Ce n’est pas vraiment propre.. prévoyez un rouleau de papier toilette .. nous avons laissé 3 rouleaux pour les prochains.

L’emplacement est idéal !
