The staff was very attentive and helpful The bedrooms were incredibly small-think smaller than Paris. It's very close to main train station but about 1hr from international airport and 15 minutes or so from the major sites good breakfast but not included in room cost nor is the spa so it was a bit misleading.

The rooms are really small and the hotel is really average. Only one elevator was working. One positive thing is all the drinks in the mini fridge are free and they refill the drinks for you daily.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. One of the best hotels I stared in Italy. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very good and comfortable. Clean and with all essentials. Lobby was lovely with some unique art. I like the rooftop too. The breakfast brunch was superb. I will stay in this hotel again if invidit Milan
