The front desk employees were extremely helpful for our check in and check out. We had specific questions regarding our train schedule and about tax refund through the train station. They were polite as well.

Hotel Windsor is a nice modern hotel not too far from the Milan Centrale train station. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and look recently refreshed. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. Their attached restaurant, the Clotilde Bistrot, was very good with lots of traditional Milanese fare. The provided breakfast buffet is also excellent. The only downside is that the lower floors hear a lot of street noise. We stayed facing the street on the first floor and the noise from the streetcars was loud, and the vibrations would shake the whole room. Perhaps it’s different at higher floors. However, overall a very nice hotel.

15 min walk from Milan Centrale, 30 min walk to Duomo, 3 min walk to and from 2 Metro stations. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly. Rooms small but clean. Bathroom was ok, could have done with a refresh, shower was poor (flow and temp). Overall was ok for a city break.

I loved the property but was not happy with the shower.It was too small and I felt like I was kissing the walls when I was taking a shower. Overall it was a very nice room and bathroom. Services were very good.Receptionist sociable and very helpful.
